(A) General. The tax imposed by this chapter together with the interest, administrative costs, attorney fees (if any) and penalties herein provided and the filing fees paid to the County Clerk and advertising costs which may be incurred when same becomes delinquent as set forth in this chapter may be and, until paid, remain a lien from the date of its recording with County Clerk’s Office. The lien hereby created may be foreclosed on in any manner provided by law.

(B) Attorney fees. In the event of litigation, whether at the trial court or at the appellant court level, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and other costs and disbursements provided by law. (Ord. 2013-02, passed 09/9/2013)
