(A) Term. A short-term rental operating license shall be renewable annually on or before July 1st of each year and shall be in effect from July 1 to the following June 30, and the license may be renewed annually by the licensee or authorized agent provided all applicable standards of this subchapter are met. If an authorized agent changes during the operating license period, the licensee shall timely notify the City in writing of the change.

(B) Transferability. The operating license shall be issued in the name of the licensee(s) and is not transferable. (Ord. 2023-02, passed 02/13/2023)
