116.10 Violations.
In addition to complaints related to nuisance and noise and other violations of the NCC, the following conduct also constitutes a violation of this chapter and is a civil infraction:
(A) The discovery of material misstatements or providing of false information in the application or renewal process.
(B) Representing a dwelling as available for occupancy or rent as a short-term rental where the owner does not hold a valid operating license issued under this subchapter, or making a short-term rental available for use, occupancy or rent without first obtaining a valid operating license.
(C) Advertising or renting a short-term rental in a manner that does not comply with the standards of this subchapter.
(D) Failure to comply with the substantive standards of §§ 116.08 and 116.09 of this chapter. (Ord. 2023-02, passed 02/13/2023)
