Ten copies of a tentative plan consistent with §§ 156.018 through 156.021 of this chapter shall be submitted to the City Manager/Recorder at least 30 days prior to the meeting of the City Planning Commission or formal declaration of applicability of expedited land division process; together with a fee in the amount as listed in the city’s most up-to-date schedule of fees, charges and monetary penalties.
