(A) A registered civil engineer shall provide written certification in a form required by the city that all improvements, workmanship and materials are in accordance with current and standard engineering and construction practices, conform to approved plans and conditions of approval, and are of high grade prior to city acceptance of the public improvements, or any portion thereof, for operation and maintenance.

(B) The developer shall also provide a minimum of three sets of “as-built” plans, in conformance with the city’s specifications for permanent filing with the city. (Ord. 80-3, passed 04/12/2004)
