(A) The provisions of this chapter are severable.

(B) Should any section, clause, division or provision of this chapter be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid. (Ord. 80-3, passed 04/12/2004)
