157.051 Permitted principal uses.

In a RM Zone, the following uses and their accessory uses are permitted outright:
(A) Single-family housing;
(B) Duplexes or two-family housing;
(C) Home occupations;
(D) Park and publicly-owned recreation area;
(E) Manufactured home;
(F) Residential home;
(G) Short-term rentals, subject to the provisions of Chapter 116, Short-Term Rental Operating License Regulations; and
(H) Accessory dwelling units on land inside the urban growth boundary but outside the City limits developed in accordance with § 157.275 of this chapter. (Ord. 80-2, passed 06/14/2010; Ord. 2019-02, passed 09/9/2019; Ord. 2023-01, passed 02/13/2023)
