157.082 Conditional uses.

In the R2 zone, the following conditional uses are permitted subject to the provisions of §§ 157.345 through 157.354 of this chapter:
(A) Cemetery;
(B) Church or community meeting hall;
(C) Golf course, except driving ranges or miniature golf courses operated as businesses;
(D) Government structure, excluding a storage or repair facility;
(E) Heath facility;
(F) Radio of television transmitting tower;
(G) School and day care center; and
