157.111 Permitted principal uses.

This section has been repealed and replaced by Ordinance 2023-05, which is pending codification.

The following uses and their accessory uses are permitted outright:

(A) Single-family housing;

(B) Duplexes or two-family housing;

(D) Park and publicly-owned recreation area;

(E) Utility lines necessary for public services;

(F) Manufactured home, subject to the provisions of § 157.262 of this chapter;

(G) A recreation vehicle or mobile home used during the construction of a permitted use for which a building permit has been issued;

(H) Residential home;

(I) Short-term rentals, subject to the provisions of Chapter 116, Short-Term Rental Operating License Regulations; and

(J) Accessory dwelling units on land inside the urban growth boundary but outside the City limits developed in accordance with § 157.275 of this chapter. (Ord. 80-2, passed 06/14/2010; Ord. 2019-02, passed 09/9/2019; Ord. 2023-01, passed 02/13/2023)
