The following uses and their accessory uses are permitted outright:

(A) Single-family housing;

(B) Duplexes or two-family housing;

(C) Home occupation;

(D) Park and publicly-owned recreation area;

(E) Utility lines necessary for public services;

(F) Manufactured home, subject to the provisions of § 157.262 of this chapter;

(G) A recreation vehicle or mobile home used during the construction of a permitted use for which a building permit has been issued;

(H) Residential home;

(I) Short-term rentals, subject to the provisions of Chapter 116, Short-Term Rental Operating License Regulations; and
