157.198 Development standards.
The following standards shall apply.
(A) The minimum lot size shall be 20,000 square feet.
(B) The minimum lot width shall be 60 feet; except on a corner lot, it shall be 65 feet.
(C) The minimum lot depth shall be 85 feet.
(D) The minimum front yard shall be 20 feet.
(E) The minimum side yard shall be five feet; except on the street side of a corner lot, it shall be 15 feet.
(F) The minimum rear yard shall be 20 feet; except on a corner lot, it may be five feet.
(G) The maximum building height for agricultural structures shall be 70 feet.
(1) The maximum height for all other structures shall be 35 feet; except for ocean or bay frontage lots, the maximum building height shall be 24 feet.
(2) Higher structures may be permitted by the Planning Commission only after holding a public hearing.
(H) There are no restrictions on the location of livestock.
(I) Manufactured homes shall be in accordance with § 157.262 of this chapter. (Ord. 80-2, passed 06/14/2010)
