157.263 Special standards for manufactured homes on individual lots within the city and specific “RT” zones.
In addition to the requirements of § 157.262 of this chapter for manufactured homes on individual lots, the following requirements shall also be met.
(A) Manufactured homes shall be multi-sectional and not “single wide”.
(B) Manufactured home roofs shall have a pitch of two inches in 12 inches or greater.
(C) Manufactured home roofing shall be of composition shingles or other conventional house-type roofing.
(D) Siding shall be lap or other wood-like siding.
(E) If skirting is used, it shall be of material compatible with the siding and meet the requirements of § 157.262 of this chapter for fire resistance.
(F) The standards of this section shall apply only within the city and the following listed specific RT Zones: Tax Lot 5900, except the northeasterly 100 feet by 165 feet thereof, in Section 22, T3N, R10W, W.M. (Ord. 80-2, passed 06/14/2010)
