(A) The City Council is hereby designated as the Local Contract Review Board for the city under the provisions of O.R.S. 279A.060.

(B) The Model Rules of the State of Oregon Attorney General, regarding public contracting and other matters contained within O.R.S. Chs. 279A, 279B and 279C, is hereby adopted by the city as its own rules for public contracting. (Ord. 2005-02, passed 02/14/2005)
