(A) When some person or persons shall request a service (other than ordinary water hookup), or wish to purchase any item from the city, before such service shall be preformed or such material shall be delivered, sufficient moneys to cover all costs of said service or material shall have been deposited with the City Recorder. This shall include, but not be limited to, water lines when extended beyond the present limits, sewer line extensions when privately financed, fire hydrants when installed outside the city limits and any and all such materials and labor as might be necessary for proper installation.

(B) Furthermore, such installation and/or service shall only be authorized and carried out after passage of proper resolution.

(C) Normal water hookups are to be financed according to regulations in §§ 51.01 through 51.15 of this code of ordinances. (Ord. 209, passed 09/6/1966)
