Section 36. Previous Charter and Conflicting Ordinances Repealed.

That certain charter of the City of Nehalem dated 1946 and any and all other charters and charter amendments and provisions of the City are hereby completely repealed. All ordinances of the City not consistent with this charter are hereby repealed.
