As described in House Bill 3400 (2015), Section 34a, the City of Nehalem hereby imposes a tax of 3% on the retail sale price of recreational marijuana items by a marijuana retailer in the area subject to the jurisdiction of the city. (Ord. 2016-02, passed 06/13/2016)
