Certain documents, three copies of which are on file and are open for inspection of the public at City Hall during regular business hours, being marked and designated as: Uniform Building Code, published by the International Conference of Building Officials (ICBO), as well as any other relating documents; taken together as may be revised, amended or corrected by ICBO and/or the state, be and the same are hereby adopted as the Code of the city for regulating the erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, moving, removal, demolition, conversion, occupancy, equipment, use, height, area and maintenance of all buildings or structures within the city providing for issuance of permits and collection of fees and penalties therefore; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of such Uniform Building Code, as well as any secondary publications published by ICBO and/or the state, all of which are on file at City Hall, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this section.
