For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

BUILDING. Any residential, commercial or industrial structure to include, but not limited to, mobile homes and temporary recreation/camping vehicles, located within the city.

CAMPING/RECREATION VEHICLE. A vacation trailer, self-propelled vehicle or other unit with or without motive power and with or without wheels for highway use which is intended for human occupancy to be used temporarily for recreational, vacation or emergency purposes, but not for permanent residential purposes, and is equipped with plumbing, sink, kitchen units or fixtures, or bath facilities.

MOBILE HOME. A vehicle or structure constructed for movement on public highways, that has sleeping, cooking and plumbing facilities, is intended for human occupancy and is being used for residential purposes. The minimum size for any vehicle included in this category shall be 600 square feet.

TEMPORARY RECREATION VEHICLE. A recreation vehicle placed on a lot for temporary living quarters during construction of a building. (Ord. 78-7, passed 06/6/1978)
