(A) All advertising and/or signs to be placed on the Nehalem Gateway signs shall be constructed of wood and be fully weatherproofed to prevent warping, fading and/or paint-runs.

(B) The dimensions of each sign shall be built to the exact dimensions of the template boards located at City Hall.

(C) All advertising and/or signs shall use colors found within the ovals of the Nehalem Gateway signs and be utilized in such a manner to increase their visibility to passers-by without detracting from the Gateway signs themselves.

(D) Lettering should be appropriate and of a size that easily identifies the purpose of the advertising/sign itself. (Ord. 2003-03, passed 10/13/2003)
