This subchapter shall be referred to as the “Nehalem Gateway Sign Ordinance” and is hereby adopted and shall be in full force and effect upon adoption as an emergency is found to exist requiring immediate enforcement of the provisions, conditions and/or actions found within this subchapter to ensure the proper administration of the Nehalem Gateway signs.
