(A) Date, north-point, scale and sufficient description to define the location and boundaries of the tract to be partitioned and its location;

(B) The tentative major partition map shall be drawn on paper of at least eight and one-half by 11 inches at a scale of one inch equals 50 feet; or for areas over ten acres, one inch equals 100 feet;

(C) Names and addresses of the owner, partitioned engineer and surveyor, if any, or any other professional person employed in the preparation of the major partition;

(D) Size of the original tract and size of parcels proposed;

(E) The locations, names, widths, approximate radii of curves and grades of all existing and proposed streets and easements in the proposed major partition and along the boundaries thereof. The names of adjoining platted subdivisions and portions of the subdivisions and partitions as shall be necessary to show the alignment of streets and alleys therein with the streets and alleys in the proposed major partition;

(F) Contour lines at 20-foot contour intervals, where the information is made available by the city;

(G) Outline and location of existing buildings to remain in place;

(H) The location of any streams;

(I) Location and size of sewer and water lines and drainage ways;

(J) Names of recorded owners of all contiguous land;

(K) Parcel layout and relationship to existing or proposed streets, utility easements and any proposed lot numbers; and

(L) If impractical to show on the tentative map, a key map showing the location of the tract in relationship to section and township lines and to adjacent property and major physical features such as streets, railroads and watercourses. (Ord. 80-3, passed 04/12/2004)
