(A) Approximate centerline profiles with extensions for a reasonable distance beyond the limits of the proposed major partition showing the finished grade of streets and the nature and extent of street construction;

(B) A grading plan showing the nature and extent of all cuts and fills, and information on the nature of the soils, provisions for storm drainage and erosion control as well as re-vegetation;

(C) Information showing areas to be cut or filled; and

(D) A site investigation by a qualified geo-technical expert for proposals when the average slope of created parcels is 20% or more; or in other cases where, in the opinion of the Planning Commission, a geological hazard may exist. (Ord. 80-3, passed 04/12/2004)
