(A) The person proposing the partition, or his or her authorized agent or representative, shall make an application in writing to the City Manager/Recorder.

(B) Each application shall be accompanied by one reproducible copy of the map.

(C) The filing fee as listed in the city’s most up-to-date schedule of fees, charges and monetary penalties. (Ord. 80-3, passed 04/12/2004)
