A tentative sketch map, drawn to scale, shall indicate the following:

(A) The location of existing and proposed boundaries and acreage of parcels in the proposed partition with the location, width, name and purpose of all adjacent streets or easements and the location and outline of existing buildings;

(B) Written legal description of the entire property and the proposed partitions;

(C) Name and address of the land owner(s) of record and the person(s) who prepared the map; and

(D) Additional information as required by the Planning Commission such as a site investigation by a qualified geo-technical expert when the average slope of the lots created is greater than 20%. (Ord. 80-3, passed 04/12/2004)
