156.116 Submission requirements.
All applications shall include, at a minimum, the following:
(A) Name, address and phone number of the owner(s) of the subject parcel;
(B) Narrative statement detailing the reasons the lot line adjustment is sought;
(C) Preliminary lot line map identifying all existing and proposed lot lines and dimensions including setback lines;
(D) Footprints and dimensions of existing structures (including accessory structures);
(E) Location and dimensions of driveways and public and private streets within or abutting the subject lot(s);
(F) Existing fences and walls;
(G) Application fee as listed within the city’s most current schedule of fees, charges and monetary penalties; and
(H) Any other information deemed necessary by the City Manager/Recorder for ensuring compliance with the city’s land use ordinances. (Ord. 80-3, passed 04/12/2004)
