156.117 Approval process.
This section is included in your selections.
(A) Lot line adjustments shall be reviewed and approved of or denied by the City Manager/Recorder using the criteria listed in § 156.118 of this chapter.
(B) The lot line adjustment approval shall lapse if:
(1) The lot line adjustment is not recorded within the time limit specified in § 156.119 of this chapter;
(2) The lot line adjustment has been improperly recorded with the county without the satisfactory completion of all conditions attached to the approval; or
(3) The final recording is a departure from the approved plan. (Ord. 80-3, passed 04/12/2004)
