(A) Upon the city’s approval of the proposed lot line adjustment, the applicant shall record the lot line adjustment by deed with the county and submit a copy of the recorded deed and survey map to the city, to be filed with the approved application, within 30 days of approval or the approval will expire.

(B) No building or other type of development permit will be issued until the recorded deed and lot line adjustment survey map is submitted and approved of by the city. (Ord. 80-3, passed 04/12/2004)
