156.118 Approval criteria.
This section is included in your selections.
The City Manager/Recorder shall not approve of a lot line adjustment unless it is shown that all of the following are satisfied.
(A) General. No additional parcel or lot is created by the lot line adjustment. The number of lots or parcels that may be reduced is not limited.
(B) Lot standards. All lots and parcels comply with the applicable lot standards for the land use district including lot areas and dimensions.
(C) Access. All lots and parcels comply with all other standards or requirements of the city’s land use ordinances.
(D) Setbacks. The resulting lots, parcels, tracts and building locations comply with all other standards of the land use district. (Ord. 80-3, passed 04/12/2004)
