157.024 Special use standards.
This section is included in your selections.
A use permitted outright or a conditional use allowed in the MR Zone shall meet at least one of the following criteria:
(A) The use is a water-dependent use, which means that it can only be carried out on, in or adjacent to water and the water location or access is needed for:
(1) Waterborne transportation;
(2) Recreation;
(3) Source of water; and/or
(4) Marine research or education.
(B) The use does not require filling or dredging of the estuary; and
(C) The use is approved by the city in accordance with §§ 157.170 through 157.184 of this chapter. (Ord. 80-2, passed 06/14/2010)
