(A) Subject to the provisions of the Oregon Revised Statutes and subsequent provisions of this subchapter, a non-conforming use or structure may be continued.

(B) The extension of a non-conforming use to a portion of a structure which was arranged or designed for the non-conforming use at the time of passage of this chapter is not considered an enlargement or expansion of a non-conforming use.

(C) Non-conforming structures or uses relating to signs shall be governed solely by the provisions of § 157.332 of this chapter. (Ord. 80-2, passed 06/14/2010)
