(A)
(1) The purpose of this subchapter is to provide basic and flexible standards for development of vehicle parking.
(2) This subchapter recognizes that each development has unique parking needs by providing a flexible approach for determining parking space requirements (i.e., “minimum” and “performance-based” standards).
(B) All developments, including development of parking facilities, shall comply with the provisions of this subchapter. (Ord. 80-2, passed 06/14/2010)
