70.04 Liability for damage.

It is negligence, per se, for any person to operate a skateboard in violation of this subchapter. Any liability caused thereby shall extend to the parents or guardians in the event of a minor being in violation of this subchapter. (Ord. 2010-05, passed 11/8/2010)
