91.99 Penalty.

Any person found in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000.
(A) In addition to any fine assessed by any court against any defendant convicted of a violation of this chapter, the court may require a convicted defendant to pay costs incurred by the city in the prosecution of the defendant.
(B) A default in the payment of a fine or costs, or any installment thereof, may be collected by any means authorized by law. (Ord. 2014-07, passed 11/10/2014)
