154.05 Determination of lid boundaries and assessment method.

Once the report described in § 154.04 of this chapter has been filed, the Council shall, by ordinance, determine whether the property benefitted shall bear all or a portion of the cost, the boundaries of the LID and the method of assessment or formula of assessment to be used for the project.
