157.311 Disabled person parking spaces.
(A) The following parking shall be provided for disabled persons, in conformance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, being 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq. All required striping, displays and/or signs shall be in conformance with ADA standards.
(B) Disabled parking is included in the minimum number of required parking spaces in § 157.307 of this chapter. This requirement does not apply to single-family detached dwellings.
