157.430 Investigation of the violation.
(A) It shall be the duty of the Planning Commission to enforce this chapter. Either the City Manager/Recorder or the Planning Commission shall start the process.
(B) Should the City Manager/Recorder determine that a violation may exist, he or she shall investigate and prepare a written report on the matter for the Planning Commission who, at a public hearing, shall determine if such violation exists and what enforcement action, if any, should be taken. The City Manager/Recorder may issue a stop-order if it appears that a violation does exist.
(C) Should the Planning Commission believe reasonable cause exists that a violation exists, the City Manager/Recorder shall be instructed to prepare the written report described in the division (B) above. (Ord. 80-2, passed 06/14/2010)
