(A) In certain districts, conditional uses or activities may be permitted subject to the granting of a conditional use permit.
(B) Because of their unusual characteristics or potential disruption of the area in which they are to be located, conditional uses require special considerations so they may be properly located with respect to the Comprehensive Plan and to the objectives of this chapter.
