An applicant may appeal a decision of the City Manager to the City Planning Commission at a regular meeting, or if the decision is rendered by the Planning Commission, to the City Council. For signs outside city limits, the county shall proscribe the manner and method of appeals, including any applicable fees. (Ord. 80-2, passed 06/14/2010)
