The applicant or users of the park do expressly agree to indemnify and save the city and its Council members, agents, staff and/or employees harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, injuries, costs, attorney’s fees, expenses, cause actions, judgments, penalties (contractual or otherwise) or other liability of whatsoever nature and howsoever the same may be caused or may arise that relates to the exercise of the facility use permit or the occupation of the premises herein permitted to be used or the premises of the meeting hall, if the applicant or park user, his, her or their agents or employees have been granted access to the meeting hall or city park by reason of the facility use permit or use of the city park.
