(A) Authorization of a conditional use shall be void after one year or such lesser time as the authorization may specify unless substantial construction has taken place. However, when requested, the Planning Commission may extend authorization for an additional period not to exceed six months; provided, such a request is submitted to the Planning Commission at least ten days prior to the expiration of the permit.

(B) If a conditional use is discontinued for more than one year, a new conditional use permit shall be applied for. (Ord. 80-2, passed 06/14/2010)
