(A) Compliance with conditions established for a conditional use and adherence to the submitted plans, as approved, is required.

(B) Any departure from these conditions of approval and approved plans constitutes a violation of this chapter.

(C) Enforcement of compliance with conditions of approval shall be accomplished according to the procedure established in §§ 157.430 through 157.432 of this chapter. (Ord. 80-2, passed 06/14/2010)
